I Want My Ex Back

This certainly isn’t an ideal place in life to be right now, I know. Trying to figure out how to get your ex back. I’m sure you are feeling very alone and confused, not understanding just where you went wrong with your relationship. Keep in mind, everyone has gone though this before. I know it’s not much comfort to you now- these people DID survive it. Everyone does.

* Don’t stay couped up at home in your house and cry

* Do not try to go and pick up someone at a bar

* Don’t get depressed

A few things that you should be doing are…

* Go out with some of your friends

* Be sure and get into better shape

* Give your ex space to be alone

* Go out into the sun and read a book

* Definitely go out and meet new people and make some new friends

The one thing that will push an ex even further away is clingyness. Give them room to breathe. If they do not want to hear from you, do not call them! Leave them alone. I love this saying and it is something I use often…. Give them the best gift of all…..

Give them the gift of missing ‘you’.

That’s really powerful stuff, isn’t it? Whenever a person cannot have what they want- they want it more. It’s simply the ‘law of attraction’ at work. Now, if that someone see that person being enjoyed by someone else, it also makes them want that person EVEN MORE. This is where not being available and not sitting by the phone, and getting up and going out, makes a big difference.

I know you do not feel like going out, but do it! It is the best way to get your ex back I promise you. Who knows, you might even find someone else while you are out who is even more what you wanted in life.

There’s nothing that turns any person on the planet off more than desperation. Not one person wants to be with someone who’s desperate to be with them. It’s downright scary and it’s NOT romantic.
