You can use this method to get your ex to return your phone calls, return your text messages, instant messages, letters, or even in person communications.
First, make sure you leave the following type of language out of your communications with your ex:
“Begging”
This is the typical pleading or begging for your ex to talk with you or return your calls. It usually never works and just creates more distance and more resistance between you and your ex, and thus pulls you further away from any chance of re-uniting.
“Demanding”
This is language that is aimed at forcing or demanding your ex returns your call as if there’s some dire emergency involved. Obviously you’ll make things even worse with this approach, and if they do call back they’ll be madder than ever!
