You have just been informed that your current employer has handed you a promotion or the company is relocating to cut operation costs. Now what do you do. this could be a easy decision for some but for others their is a lot to consider other than yourself. If you feel excited about the opportunity then this will be a good thing for you. When you like something then transition will be easier. If you don’t have a spouse or kids to worry about then the process is even easier. You may even decide to make a change all on your own and relocate to a new city from within your company.

Most people are not fortunate enough to get that option they are happy to have you as an employee and hope you will be able to remain in your job. There is nothing worse than being forced into a situation that you have no control over when it comes to big decisions like this one.

Make sure you don’t forget to get help for your spouse to find a new gym and things like that.
